An Iowa district court on Thursday ruled that gay and lesbian couples can legally marry can marry based on the state constitution’s guarantee of equal treatment.

Yes! EQUALITY!

Civil unions are not good enough! We need and deserve “marriage.” There is power in words!

And, history has shown us that separate but “equal” does NOT work!!!
