Her divorce is over and now so is her time in Malibu!

Britney Spears has just sold her Malibu mansion, Life & Style magazine is reporting.

The home she shared with K-Fed sold for just under $12 million. Purchased by an anonymous buyer, the property sits on a 1.53-acre hilltop site in the gated Serra Retreat section of Malibu.

An insider tells the magazine that the long-awaited sale of the Malibu mansion was the last roadblock to finally settling Britney’s divorce with the FedEx, who entitled to half of the sale per their prenup. “They were just waiting on the sale of the house. Now Kevin gets his money.”

Britney’s other LA-area mansion, a six-bedroom house in Beverly Hills, remains on the market for just under $7.5 million.

In the meantime, Spears has been camped out at the Four Seasons Hotel.

Life & Style reports that the “mystery man” who escorted Britney to several LA clubs over the weekend is real estate agent Justin Mandile, 25, whose father, Drew Mandile’s firm sold Britney’s Malibu house.
